The 14-day promise

If you buy a founding membership and change your mind within 14 days, we'll refund the full £20, no questions asked. Just email info@makingyouhappen.net from the address you signed up with, and we'll refund you within a few days. This also covers your cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

After 14 days

Email us anyway and tell us what happened. We're people, not a policy, and we'd rather be fair than technically correct.

Cancelling your account

There's no subscription to cancel: founding membership is a single payment. If you want your account and data deleted entirely, at any time, email us and it's done. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers (everything).

The free trial

The 7-day trial needs no card details, so there's nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. If you simply stop using it, nothing is ever charged.
