The Daily Practice by Making You Happen

Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These are the terms for using The Daily Practice, run by Kathryn Newey, trading as Making You Happen, in England. We've kept them short and in plain English, because terms you can actually read are terms you can actually agree to.

What The Daily Practice is

A gentle daily practice: three oracle cards, an energy check-in, glimmers and triggers, and a private journal. It's made for reflection and encouragement. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice, and it's no substitute for any of those. If you're struggling, please talk to a professional or someone you trust.

Refunds are covered in our Refunds & cancellation policy: the short version is a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

Your content

Your journal entries and everything you log belong to you. We claim no rights over them. We just store them so we can show them back to you.

Fair use

Please don't try to break the service, access other people's accounts, resell access, or use the app for anything unlawful. We can suspend accounts that do, though we'd rather never have to.

Honesty about limits

We work hard to keep the practice available and your data safe, but no online service can promise perfection. The app is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights that UK consumer law gives you regardless.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
